Artist Statement

As an artist, I am concerned with details; details border-lining obsession, obscuring the truth as one over-analyzes and manipulates the image. I use paint and ink to identify, categorize and document my environment and emotions. I am concerned with the narrative. I am concerned with self-exploration. I am concerned with the mystery and sensitivity of aesthetics, and the on-going process of discovery.
